After the system interruption few days ago, I have started facing a new problem: I am unable to login to flightaware discussion forums from my mobile device (android), although I am able to login from desktop using the same credentials.
(1) When I want to login and click “login” at top-left of page, a new page opens:
http: //discussions.flightaware.com/account/session?mode=mobile
which says:
“Not Found - The requested URL /account/session was not found on the server”
(2) when I try to post a reply, a page opens, which asks me to login…so far so good… but when I enter my user name & password, it says "your username & password do not match, although I use the same username & password to successfully login from Desktop.
(3) when i request reset password it says “You are not authorised to request a new password.”
I am unable to use discussion forum from my mobile device.
