UPS DC8 fire at PHL

Just thought I’d give a heads up-

UPS DC8 N748UP made an emergency landing early this morning at KPHL when fire was reported showing on the outside of the aircraft’s tail end. KPHL was also closed for a while after the accident. The aircraft was written off, no one was killed.

Yeah i heard about this on CNN. The pilots did a good job.

Sad to see another old bird go, but at least no one was hurt.
