I’ve been seeing this Cessna 206 on ADS-B for the last hour or so:

It’s a private flight and not trackable… Registration shows “N181SA - WELLS FARGO BANK NORTHWEST NA TRUSTEE (SALT LAKE CITY UT)” but that could just be the leinholder. Anyone seen something like that?
A guess from looking at the photo of it on here, probably some type of photo plane judging by the long exhaust pipes.
There was a post in discussions or a squawk (I forget which) regarding a fleet run by the FBI doing electronic surveillance. Vallejo and Rancho Cordova might be areas in which they have interest. A concern was whether they were sucking up cell phone info.
