A Bristow Va. registered address does raise speculation about some kind of Government Agency involvement (35 miles from Langley 
). I don’t know what kind of “production” company would need to operate 3 Cessna 182s all over the Eastern US but there might be an innocent explanation.
But then that would be no fun, now would it?
When I was flying out of the SF bay area the FBI had a couple of 182’s that they would “park” over downtown SF. Turns out back in the days before real good satellites they were using the 182’s to watch and listen to certain Consulates.
