Pi 3b+ with latest STRETCH not working

Hi,

I just got Pi 3b+, downloaded and flashed the latest version of STRETCH onto the SD card and installed dump1090-muta. The problem I am having is that it doesn’t seem to be able to read any data of the dongle. I have it installed side by side with Pi 2 with piaware Sd card and the same dongle while plugged into the old pi works really well.

Really strange that it shows no data with 3b+ and I know that mutability is installed properly as I didn’t see any errors and it runs fine, just doesn’t show any aircraft. Has anyone seen such behaviour with their pi 3b+?

I am using dump1090-fa on Stretch, and with that one it works.

The latest version of Stretch on 3b+?

I installed dump1090-fa and piaware on 3b+ and it works but doesn’t show the map. Not sure if I am suppose to enable it somewhere?

Are you trying on IP_of_Pi:8080 or on IP_of_Pi/dump1090.php ?

Yes, I have tried those plus IP/dump1090-fa/ but nothing.

My stretch upgrade on a 3B required me to manually copy /etc/lighttpd/conf-available/

88-dump1090-fa-statcache.conf
89-dump1090-fa.conf

to conf-enabled because it wasn’t listening on 8080 and rendering.

As I wanted to use mutability on this pi 3b+ and it doesn’t seem to work, I have decided to keep my old pi 2 running and use 3b+ for something else.
