Just found this interesting youtube video of an Airbus A320 enroute to Tunsia. What is intersting is the captain invited a young lady to sit up front in his seat for a smoke break! Hard to believe any airline anywhere would condone this kind of conduct especially post-911. The video is a few years old so my apologies if this has been discussed to death already.

Don’t get me going on that- yet another “AirBus bug” that killed people.

REGARDLESS of the fact that the kids son was up front. If there had been some indication that the roll axis of the AP was disengaged, well I wouldn’t be ranting about this on a Friday night as I wait for my Fiancee to get ready for dinner.
