Scary Stuff! US Airways Plane #N452UW
Just read this over on CNN, scary is right!
Drunk rednecks, drunk hommies, or pissed off farmer. Not the first time it’s happened.
Nor will it be the last.
At least the bullet entered the top of the aircraft, meaning the trajectory was arcing back to earth - so the plane doesn’t appear to be the intentional target. I have a friend that was on the maintenance team for a Met Life blimp. He said they patched holes on those things quite frequently - he claims to even have found an arrow inside the blimp once!
Have we considered the possibility of another FFDO incident? Maybe from a competing airline…
