Does anyone know why this aircraft is in The United States?
Its the President of Yemen, Abdu Rabu Mansour Hadi. I believe he is in Cleveland, Ohio today for treatment. I have heard he has been in the US alot lately.

On Sept 24, 2012 he from RAF Brize Norton to JFK. From JFK he flew to Andrews Air Base from there to CLE.

It also made two vists to JFK twice last week I assume for the UN Meetings.
