The “HB” in HBJES indicates the country. It is similar to “N” indicating USA registered aircraft. HB is the code for Switzerland and Lichtenstein.

does Liechtenstein have a special relationship with Switzerland? According to wikipedia (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Liechtenstein) it’s borderd by Switzerland and Austria, however the aircraft uses the Swiss prefix of “HB”.
There are no airports in Liechtenstein, only a heliport with a single Swiss registered Astar. Liechtenstein has an open boarder with Switzerland, and is all about Money, Banking, Insurance, etc…
