Hi I wanted to get adsb on my sdr thats on a Ubuntu computer I tried installing dump1090 from ([OUTDATED] Howto Install Piaware 3.8.1 on Ubuntu-20 AMD64 & Kali-2020 AMD64 on PC) now my sdr says This receiver is currently unavailable due to technical issues.
Error Message:
No SDR Devices available
But it was working before. What do I do ?
(1) Please post output of following command:
apt-cache policy dump1090-fa
(2) Please post output of following command
lsb_release -a
(3) Please issue following commands, and post output of last command
sudo apt install rtl-sdr
sudo systemctl stop dump1090-fa piaware
rtl_test -t

When I issue command rtl_test -t , I get what is shown in screenshot below.
What do you get when you issue command rtl_test -t ?
No supported devices found.
Won’t get far with that. The sdr is toast/not connected/wrong type.
