Checking flights from JAN to ATL shows that the 7/21/06 DL1031:
DAL1031 Cancelled Fri 06:00AM CDT Delta Air Lines, Inc. Boeing 737-200
The Delta site shows the flight is in the air. Perhaps Delta combined flights for some reason…
(or Delta ops is not up to date).
