For some reason I seem to only be receiving about one in five or ten of the tracking emails I should be receiving. The problem started about a week or so ago. No one else I know is having this problem. I have checked all my settings on FA and my spam folder. Any other suggestions?
Are you still having this problem? Have you contacted your email administrator to see if they’re rejecting messages?
The new alerts system allows you to view the mail server delivery logs yourself, which can assist in debugging delivery problems or spam filter issues.
You’ll see a delivery report for recent alerts that will look something like this:
it’s a little bit technical, but can assist you or your system administrator in tracking down flight alert delivery problems.
I’ll check out your solutions if I have the problem again. In the meantime I, coincidentally, changed my email from yahoo to me.com and the alerts are working again.
