Does anyone know why swa 2196 was diverted from MDW to IND on the 30th? I can’t find any info about it.
Nothing on Avherald about it and from the short time they were on the ground in IND, I would guess it was a medical emergency.
That would be very surprising as they were 10 minutes from mdw but diverted 40 min sotuh to ind… very odd

Well then I guess I don’t have a good guess unless it was weather?
I found a METAR showing that the winds at MDW were about 180 @ 15 knots gusting 24 but other planes were getting in so don’t know.
