RAYCO78 Incorrect Owner

Under the flight info for RAYCO78, it lists the operator as “Russian Federation”. This is incorrect. This Douglas A-3 is operated by the Raytheon Corporation for tests. RAYCO matches better to Raytheon Corporation that Russian Federation. Can this mis-nomenclature be fixed?
