QUIET UNCONNECTED: channel_id is not connected: 16

I just setup a new FlightAware account for a commercial service I’m developing; when attempting to execute SetAlert with the new account, I’m getting this error:

QUIET UNCONNECTED: channel_id is not connected: 16

My application works just fine when using my personal account’s credentials (ottergoose), but not with the new account (jettip). I believe all of the ducks on my end are lined up; any idea as to what the issue might be?

Have you registered your endpoint on that new account?
