I can see aircraft that i’m feeding, but i can’t claim my site because it doesn’t show.
Why is this?

Assuming you are talking about a Raspberry, did you install piaware properly?
Please connect via Terminal to your device and let us know the results of
sudo systemctl status piaware
You have already three devices in your account. Do you want to setup a new one or is it one of the existing rebuilt?
