I am listening to my scanner, aircraft. And they are asking when Milwaukee airport is going to reopen. What happened?

after researching online i found this -

Due to WEATHER / SNOW-ICE, there is a Traffic Management Program in effect for traffic arriving General Mitchell International Airport, Milwaukee, WI (MKE).

Only a federal agency would refer to a complete stoppage as a “Traffic Management Program”. :smiling_imp:
