Lost shipment

I’m posting here hoping that someone from Flightaware will answer.

I ordered an antenna over two weeks ago, the last USPS tracking hit was on March 10th. No updates since then.

I’ve emailed the store, and have just gotten automated replies saying nothing.

Can anyone from Flightaware get the store people to reply to my emails?

If I can’t get any more info on the order placed Feb 28, I’m going to call the credit card comany and stop the payment.

If you have a tracking number, go to USPS and lodge a Missing Mail report.
Not much anyone else can do.
