i notice tracking for Philippine Airlines flight 113 out of Los Angeles to Manila is showing it flying straight across the Pacific. is this an error or does this flight no longer follow the curvature of the earth and fly northwest along the Alutians ?
Comparing today’s flight plan with yesterday’s plan I see they are totally different. I bet they use a computer to calculate the best route from one day to the next.
ok thanks, and i noticed yesterday another Philippine Airlines flight took the same route.
