Learjet Hanging in a mall in Shanghai

Hello, I am hoping someone can help me with this Learjet hanging in a mall in Shanghai, China. The mall is Plaza 66 and this picture was taken in 2002. http://tinyurl.com/bte3edr. The logo on the tail is from the developer Hang Lung Properties.

Any help would be great. Would be very interested in what Serial number or a past tail number.

Looks like a -24 or -23 from that profile.

must be hard to fly through all those barrage balloons. that’s a target rich environment - if you’re into shooting bubbles.
