At about 3:20pm today I was in Boca Raton and saw 3 jets flying south in a tight formation just near the beach. The biggest may have been a GIV or GV and it looked plain white. I looked for an orange stripe to indicate it was the coastguard, but saw none. The other planes were slightly smaller and I don’t have much detail from them. Any idea what that could of been? or did anyone see this?
I’ve seen something similar in Long Island. Probably a photo session?
They flew right over my house yesterday, coming from the north, one looked like a fighter jet. I am in Royal Palm Beach, it appeared they were turning east to land at PBI. Jets all day everyday over me when landing on 9L/9R 
Sounds fun. Too bad there’s no STARs/SIDs over my house. I’m about as close to the airport as you can without having one.

Well my post was before the fly-by happened. I was referring to a formation flight I saw 2-3 years ago on Long Island shore.
Nowww…how tallybanner came up with the thread just before it caused a scare, makes me wonder if he/she can look into future!
Hey guys! Someone just sent me this thread on Facebook. I was in the one of the airplanes that was doing the formation flight. It was Learjet 55, a G- IIB and an L-39. We were doing a mini airshow for a charity event in Boca.

It was fun, but really scary for me. I have done that before and when we took off I wasn’t sure what we were doing, i was just along for the ride. Then the captain told me we were doing a formation flight. So I grabbed a pillow and held on. It’s not often you look out the window and see a airplane flying right next to you. You can’t really tell how far away they are.
When we were landing, the L-39 was right next to us, then when we touched down, he shot up. ATC was happy to have an airshow and thanked us after. BNut still…I was scared, but I trust the pilots
