I find it curious that FA is tracking JAL772 Sydney/Narita-Tokyo. The flight is nowhere near US-controlled air space, yet there is a current radar position on it.
The flight is handled by Guam’s ATC when passing over the area where the flight appears on the map.

Do you suppose that one of your design staff could draft a map showing the far extent of US ATC control around the globe and put it somewhere on a FAQ page? Thanks.

Except that instead of putting the FAQ (that a lot of people don’t read), how about showing those extents on the map display itself.
