Is this ZigZag??

Hello all first time poster here on FlightAware - Love this site

I was tracking this flight http://flightaware.com/live/flight/WJA710 today as my mother was on it. Any idea why he would have zigzagged to and from the airport several times. Was it due to them possibly coming in too early?? There is also on the tracklog http://flightaware.com/live/flight/WJA710/history/20060507/1414Z/CYVR/CYYZ/tracklog that there were many entries at flight level 390 down to 320 back to 390 in succesion along with that activities increase and decrease in speed why would this have been? Any assistance is appreciated.

FlightAware Staff member thinks it might be because two or more flights in the air simultaneously operating as the same flight number.
