Denver doesn’t regularly see the 757F and if we do its early morning, not mid day.
This looks like it’s a substitute for an A300.
According to a source I have at UPS, they have scheduled flight 2854 to operate weekly (Mondays) on a DEN-PHX routing from 8 October to 29 October at 22:51 and 5 November to 12 November at 23:52 (these are Zulu times). The SDF-DEN segment is a one time deal on 8 October and daily from 5 to 12 November.
