Is there a way to have my mobile devices always stay on the non-mobile version of FA?

My iPhone 5 (and previous versions) has always sent me to the mobile version. Switching to the non mobile version only lasted 24 hrs or so, and takes me of the tracking page.

Just recently (last week or two) my iPad2 has been redirection me to the mobile version. Can I stop this for longer than 24 hrs? Personally I do not like the mobile version because of its lack of functionality, non-interactive map, and it always seems like you have to click three or four times for something that takes one click on the standard site.

I have enjoyed all the work you have put into the standard site over the years, and feel the mobile version and the app are a major step back for how I use the site. I understand this is free for me to use, registered in 2006, so take this for what it is worth to you.

Your iPad should not be detected as a mobile device – it’s a recently introduced bug that it is. This will be fixed later today.

Additionally, we’re updating the force-desktop-view function to last much longer than the single day that it lasts now. This will happen within the next few days.
