iOS push alerts not working

Hi there!

Recently had to do a factory reset on my phone, and ever since i did, the push alerts aren’t working on my phone. I’ve tried reinstalling the app, logging in and out, verifing the alerts are still set up both in the app and online. but no alerts are coming through. Any ideas? Thanks for the help!

It looks like the system was attempting to send the alerts to an older iPhone that you had linked your account to. I removed all phones linked to your account. If you could please log back into the app on your current device, you should be able to start receiving your alerts correctly again. This will ensure that just your current device or iOS devices are linked to your account.

I appear to be having the same issue as the original poster.
Currently tracking United 1568 en route to for a 12:34PM KSFO arrival.
Departure email was received successfully but no alerts on an IPhone 6.

Is there a way that a user can do this? When I go to set up alerts it says I have 2 iphones.
