Gulfstream states the G650 can cruise at Mach 9.25 making it the fastest transport category aircraft in the sky. Guess Cessna will be thinking about the Columbus program today!!!
And in typical Gulfstream fashion, it looks oh so good.
The Citation X just…doesn’t have the appeal to me. 
Mach 9+?!? Yeah - I’d say that would make it the fastest transport in the sky! I kid, Rob - we know what you mean. I’m still a fan of the X though - I’d take one in a sec!
My husband flies a Citation X - he loves it!

Cessna already has a “fix” for the X to regain the title.
