Most likely. Mayo is popular and well-known in the middle east, at least with the dignitaries. I remember in the late 90’s when my grandfather was having heart surgery at Mayo, King Hussein of Jordan was in the house having some work done as well. He travels with quite a crew- they all had very nice threads and were oozing money.
