For some reason, I’m not getting my flight alerts ? I can enter tail # and get all the info but no alert ?

In your alert setup, you need to use all caps for the airport codes and proper ICAO codes for the aircraft types if you specify them. You only need to provide one field, like tail number.

We’re working on a new alerts setup interface to make the process less error prone for users.
