Does anyone know if she will fly? She will speak at Ohio Wesleyan at 2:45 EDT, doors open at 12, and at Tri-C metro in downtown Cleveland at 5:45 EDT, doors open at 3.
If she is to fly, will she fly to KBKL or KCLE and on a C-32 or C-40?

Yes she would, and also could get a designated callsign, per the 7110.65, 2-4-20.c:
(c) When a member of the President’s family is aboard any aircraft, if the U.S. Secret Service or the White House Staff determines it is necessary, state the words “Executive One Foxtrot.”

I don’t see a TFR for KZOB the ARTCC for Cleveland. She flew into KCLE because Secret Service likes it more than KBKL. What would the callsign be?
See the above mentioned 2-4-20.c of the FAA JO 7110.65. That would be the callsign used.
