E190/E195 wrong aircraft types?

Hi all, I am using MSFS (Microsoft Flight Simulator) with FlightAware as AI datasource. I found some errors in the data when spotting at EDDM tonight:

  • Air Dolomiti aircraft come up as E190, in real life E195
  • Austrian Airlines aircraft come up as E190, in real life E195

I noticed similar issues with ATR72-500/ATR72-200 (i.e. Binter Canarias)

Is this something that can be fixed on your end?

Both use the E190 ICAO aircraft type code, so there’s no way to distinguish using the ICAO aircraft type codes.

Thanks! But when looking for E195 yesterday I actually found a Breeze aircraft as well. So it is used after all? Or was this an error?

ICAO sure acknowledge a difference.
