Can anyone tell me if there is any difference in the flight feeder boxes and the plastic orange feeder. Are they the same or is there any differences.
They are different. The bigger blue feeders have a GPS locator incorporated, for GPS accurate timestaps appropriate for multilateration (MLAT) in remote locations. Looks like a custom version of Radarcape to me.
The orange feeder is basically a Pi, a display, and a FA receiver Pro stick. Works best where there are numerous MLAT sources around.
