From Jadec;
On approach to New Laredo, the pilots received ndication about a problem with the undercarriage and elected to divert to Monterrey Airport where better facilites existed to handle an emergency landing. On landing in darkness, the undercarriage gave way and the aircraft sank on its belly before it came to rest on the runway. All passerngers were able to leave the aircraft via emergency slides however there are reports about a number on injuries. The runway remained cloased until the next morning. Damage to the airlinft is likely to be substantial.
