Can't get flight alerts to work

I’ve created a flight alert for a specific aircraft I want to follow. It’s a Scandinavian Airlines 737-800 and the registration of the aircraft is LNRRH.

I’ve created a flight alert looking like this but I never receive any emails notifying me when I flight plan has been filed, when the flight departs and so on.

What am I missing here…?

Sorry for the inconvenience, I have verified there is an issue and we are working on a solution. It should be resolved in the next couple of business days.

No problem and no rush, just wanted to make sure it wasn’t me doing anything wrong at my end.

Will be nice when this feature work, have a great Easter!
