Can't Claim Piaware Receiver

I’ve installed piaware on my receiver, and I can access it using localhost:8080 on the device or 192.168.xx.yy:8080 on other devices connected to the network, but I’m not able to claim the device using both the automatic claim page (“Unfortunately, FlightAware hasn’t found a new, unclaimed PiAware feeder to claim”) or the manual claim page (“Page Not Found”). I’ve checked to make sure the public ip address of both devices are the same, but I still haven’t been able to claim it. (and yes, I’ve turned it off and on many times)

Could anyone help me?

Install piawareweb (it’s part of the same dpkg) and claim it from there.
sudo apt install piaware-web
Afterwards navigate to the Piaware webpage and claim it from there
