PiAware claim page is blank

FlightAware ADS-B Flight Tracking

I have a raspi W with an ADSB exchange receiver. I used their SD card image and their web interface to install and configure piaware. It shows me the following:

Current status:

PiAware master process (piaware) is running with pid 508.
PiAware ADS-B client (faup1090) is running with pid 713.
PiAware ADS-B UAT client (faup978) is not running (disabled by configuration settings)
PiAware mlat client (fa-mlat-client) is not running.
Local ADS-B receiver (dump1090) is not running.

readsb (pid 351) is listening for ES connections on port 30005.
faup1090 is connected to the ADS-B receiver.
piaware is connected to FlightAware.

dump1090 is producing data on localhost:30005.

Your feeder ID is [uuid-redacted] (from /var/cache/piaware/feeder_id)

I can see that it’s sending data to flightaware just fine at https://www.flightaware.com/adsb/stats/site/[id-number]

However when I go to claim the device, all I see is

I’ve tried on a few browsers, machines, incognito mode, etc. The page contents are simply MIA. I am on the same network as the pi running piaware. It’s been transmitting data to flightaware for a few hours. Any ideas?

Install the package piawareweb

Then navigate the the piaware web pag at your new setup and clam the station from that page :wink:

Thank you for this comment!! I just set up a second station and was going crazy trying to figure out why the claim page and the claim/manual page just didn’t work anymore. This worked perfectly and now both are up and running.
