Another reason for enabling LAN and WLAN is to have a back-up link to FlightAware when Internet service is down. Yesterday, we lost cable Internet for over 2 hours. I switched my laptop to a cell data hotspot but my Pi was not so lucky because Wireless-Network was set to No. I’ll change Piaware-config hoping to get back-up cell WiFi on the next cable Internet outage.
