Billing cycle for XML3 is not resetting

Hi all!
I got the following plan:

FlightXML3 Plan: Starter+
Auto-Upgrade: Off
Monthly Query Limit: 1.000
Queries Used: 1.008
Queries Left: -8
Billing Date: 8th of the month

This was from Nov, 8th to Dec, 8th. So the counter should’ve been reset two days ago,
yet the API tells me “Your account has exceeded the allowed limit of your subscription.”.
Am I missing something? Anybody else got this problem?

Hi, I am experiencing the same:

Queries Used: 1,000
Queries Left: 0
Billing Date: 21st of the month

My last successful query was on 2017-12-06.

Does it help to disable the key and to request a new one?

Just did. Doesn’t help.

I am still receiving “Your account has exceeded the allowed limit of your subscription.”. And the billing information page is showing the year 2017 only.

There is now a fix in place for this, it will reset on your next renewal date.

We have to wait an entire month to be reseted?

Same issue here. Can we be reset before the cycle resets? That’s almost 3 weeks away for me.

@jluebbe, you should be all set as I saw queries being made now. I have requested the others in this thread above this message to be reset so you will have queries available without waiting for the renewal.

Looks like my Starter+ billing cycle didn’t reset on the 13th again.

Mine didn’t reset too (on the 8th).
Maybe it’s the date @cbw manually reset the counter - for me it was on Jan 23rd…

Hi, I have the same problem:

FlightXML3 Plan: Bronze
Auto-Upgrade: Off
Monthly Query Limit: 2.500
Queries Used: 2.508
Queries Left: -8
Billing Date: 31st of the month

My last successful query was on 2018-06-04
