Your account has exceeded the allowed limit of your subscription

Hi Team,

We experience a message “Your account has exceeded the allowed limit of your subscription” calling the flight xml API Key we have registered for. We do not receive any data anymore.
Our keys look active and there are no billing incident displayed on our account interface.

Please help.

Please check the “unsettled” count for your FlightXML3 key on your Recent Activity page. The usage indicates the limit was reached a few days before the end of the monthly cycle.

Use of your FlightXML 2 key should not be affected by this.

Thanks for the prompt reply, it clarifies what happened. We’ll upgrade it or wait for the next tier.

Would you know if there is a way to be notified once we are closed to reach the limit of our subscription ?
