AeroAPI Exceeded subscription limit

Hello,

I need to speak with someone who can help me with my AeroAPI account ASAP. My account had the “auto update” turned on if the account reached the limit. However, today we did reach that limit and is no longer responding due to reaching said limit and the account has not upgraded.

I have tried calling, e-mail and chatting to no avail. I feel that this needs to be address as it is affecting my account and everyone using the app. We have reach over 100k calls.
