Hi Team,
We experience a message “Your account has exceeded the allowed limit of your subscription” calling the flight xml API Key we have registered for. We do not receive any data anymore.
Our keys have been reactivated and there are no billing incident displayed on our account interface.
Here is our plan details :
It says that there is no Queries left but the last ones was on September 4th.
Can you help us please ? We can’t wait for the next tier.
