FlightXML3 Subscription Not Renewing

I have a FlightXML3 Gold subscription that was set to renew on March 19th, but as of today, 3/26, my plan has not been renewed and I have not been billed for another month.

I am currently at my query limit for the previous month.

Can my subscription be renewed, and how do I go about having it renewed automatically on the designated billing date?
