Coming down to CWF so I would guess military charter.
Definately a charter, almost certainly for the military.
Northwest (and most of the other airlines) use 9xxx flight numbers for their charters. Also, they don’t use their 747-200s for regular operations any more, only for charters.
I just wonder why it is not showing up on nwa.com flight status as charters usually do.
Also see the AC 763 that came in from and went back to YYZ.
ACARS says the aircraft was N623US,

and only another month left to fly as it will be permanently retired on Nov 25.
