Since the piaware, dump1090-fa, and dump978-fa are built on the machine itself, I believe that the method for Debian Buster amd64 will also work for Debian Buster i386.
However to make sure, I am right now installing following .iso
in Oracle VM on my Windows10 Desktop :
2021-01-11-raspios-buster-i386.iso
After 32-bit OS is installed, I will try to build & install piaware, dump1090-fa and dump978-fa from source code.
The specs of Windows10 Desktop on which I am installing Debian10.8 32-bit through Oracle VM, are given below (CPU is 64-bit)
:
Device name | DESKTOP |
---|---|
Processor | AMD Ryzen 3 3200G with Radeon Vega Graphics 3.60 GHz |
Installed RAM | 16.0 GB |
Device ID | xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx |
Product ID | xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx |
System type | 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor |
Pen and touch | No pen or touch input is available for this display |
EDIT:
My 64-bit machine refuses to install 32-bit i386 .iso
I tried following two .iso's
, each twice, but always it got stuck half way during installation
2021-01-11-raspios-buster-i386.iso
debian-10.8.0-i386-netinst.iso
