They really aren’t working now. 
I would post the evidence from my profile where I have line after line of “email not sent” but when I post them here and try the send the message I get more problems, namely Error in posting DEBUG MODE, Line 282, File : functions_post.php. It won’t let me post the script of that either, giving me the same error message. I tried it in code tags but that wouldn’t work either.
