Airport Identifiers / airport names / associated city

Those are just the spans for the left hand nav menu. The code I posted above is from an entry in the boards.

Gotcha Mark, right church, wrong pew.

I see it now, I was hovering over the wrong place.

Dang, sounds like we all need our helicopter rating add on to operate the mouse

You and your staff are wonderful. My suggestion about airport and city IDs in the email are there today…great!.

Now I wish for the week’s winning lottery numbers to be included in my email.

This is better than Christmas!

Resurrecting this post.

How come the airport city does not show up any more when I hover over the airport code? operators, aircraft types do show up when I hover over those.

It may help if you post the page in a future posting. I do see what you are bringing up though

Still works as of this posting in Opera and MSIE 7.0 on my tail number page flightaware.com/live/flight/N1943L when I hover over the airport code

On flightaware.com/live/airport/KMBO if you hover over the airport identifier in both Opera and MSIE 7.0, nothing happens.

HOWEVER, IF you hover over the city name under the colums from and to, the pop up that normally shows up over the identifier comes up.

My guess is the coding is mis-aligned?

Interesting; works fine on flight pages but not on airport pages. I’ll send the devs a note.

On flight pages, you can hover over the airport code to see the airport city.
On airport pages, you can hover over the airport name to see the airport city.

I put a ticket in to make it so you can hover over either on both.

Both work fine for me and I’m using IE6.

Works fine for me on all pages. I’m using the best browser around: Firefox.

Yeah. Okay. Whatever. :unamused:

Interesting, I also use Firefox 2.0.0.11

That’s the version I’m using. There may be a difference in settings between you and me that’s affecting the showing of the airport.

It works when I hover over flight number and aircraft type; In my book, that ought to rule out a firefox setting. Or does it???

Your book reads correctly… It’s still broke.
