Airline Company Frequencies - Voice ?

Hello:

Can anyone point me to a reasonably recent source for commercial
aviation Company frequencies - Voice ?

Or, are they all pretty much digital, or acars, these days ?

Is Arinc mainly digital, or do they carry some voice comms for the various
airline companies ?
