Is there any way to look up what frequencies/commands a past flight would have been communicating on during flight and then find recordings from that time? I was wanting to go back and find the comms from a flight I was on recently, but am unsure if there is any good way to go about doing that. Thanks!

I love liveatc, unfortunately it’s not really useful for past flights to my knowledge, unless it was a noteworthy flight. Is that accurate?
