When I try to type “HA104” into the Flight/Tail # box it shows me Honolulu Airlines when that is actually Hawkair! Also typing in “Hawkair” then 104 (for example) in the Flight Number box does not work either - FA says it can’t find “HAW104”.
If possible, can the program just work off of a 2 letter with 3 number identifier? That is what Hawkair uses.
Quite often their last flight of the day doesn’t show up in CYXT and I have to use the “Flight Finder” to get their arrival time. Thanks!
