Where did RSSI go?

Hi all,

My system has been working perfectly for almost a year but recently I have noticed that I no longer see RSSI in the columns choice on Skyaware, has something changed that I missed? How do I get RSSI displayed again?

Thanks

Yes, thank you, that is how I set it up a year ago, but now this is what I get ….

I see your point.
What version are you running?

One way to bypass a problem would be to load Tar1090 and view it on that

The RSSI Value is still present in the Local view of the site ( the view live data link)

In the Skyaware Anywhere option (remote web interfaces) the RSSI value isn’t present

Which option did you use ?

Thanks guys!

Well crap, I can’t remember, I set this up a year ago…I’ll have to go thru my mental notes and maybe old threads when I was getting this setup…

Please standby, problems originate at the transmitter. (any of you old enough to remember that phrase?)

I’ll do some checking.

Cheers

GOT IT!

I see where you were referring to, thank you. I don’t know how I got to the remote web page….

Sometimes it takes me more than 2 cups of coffee to get going.

RSSI is back.
Thanks everyone.

Usually the problem originates between the chair and the keyboard is a saying in my workfield.

Glad you solved it, now go out and have some fun with it

You are right about the chair and keyboard space. Back when I was doing computer desktop support I had an engineer on the phone for a hand holding troubleshooting session and I asked him to type in a command for me. What i heard next resulting from my request was the sound of him pressing keys on the touch tone phone. That made a very loud response tone in my phone receiver that put a look on my face to remember. That surely dates the phone system doesn’t it?

If you are only running one site, there isn’t much difference between the two. Once you start spreading your stations around, the Skyaware Anywhere comes into its own.
